He had the same thing a month ago, his ear just swells, it doesn't bother him, but he looks a bit like an elephant.
It's the same ear as last time, so that's what gets me worried.
But it looks like an allergy...?

Could be a fluid backup in the ears, have it check out. Maybe checking out certain foods that may cause him to break out like this.
